Ticket Redemption, an avalanche of prizes!
The ticket redemption machines consist of a wide variety of video or mechanical devices where the player's skill and reflexes lead to winning tickets. Customers can load the tickets accumulated during their visits onto a personal fidelity card (R-FID) and exchange them for a varied selection of prizes. An advanced management and points collection system finally interconnects all our locations and allows the customer to always carry the accumulated tickets with them.
